Who you are buying from

Shop goods are sold by Rio Pictures AB. Your order confirmation states which company you have an agreement with.

Delivery options

Which options you can choose from depends on what you buy, how big and heavy it is and where it is going. Every option and its price is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Collect at Bio Rio. Free. Hornstulls Strand 3, Stockholm. We email you when your order is ready, and you collect it during the cinema's opening hours. Bring your order confirmation.
• Letter. In your letterbox if it fits, otherwise at your nearest pickup point. Within Sweden.
• Pickup point. You choose a pickup point at checkout and are notified when the parcel has arrived. To Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
• Home delivery. The parcel is delivered to your address.

We ship with PostNord.

Items made to order

Some items are printed only once you have ordered them. The product page says so. They are always delivered to your address, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and cannot be collected at Bio Rio.

Orders in more than one parcel

If your order contains both items from our stock and items made to order, it arrives in two separate parcels, often a few days apart. Checkout tells you, and the delivery price shown there covers both parcels. Such an order cannot be collected at Bio Rio.

Delivery cost

The cost depends on the delivery option, weight, size and destination country. For items made to order it depends on how many there are. Some options are free above a certain order value, and checkout says so when that applies. Gift cards are sent free of charge.

Delivery time

We pack and ship items from our stock as soon as we can, normally within a few working days. PostNord's delivery time applies from there. Items made to order usually take 5 to 10 working days.

If a delivery is delayed we will let you know. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you should have your item within 30 days of ordering. If not, you may cancel the purchase.

Tracking

Once your parcel has shipped you get an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order through the link in your order confirmation.

Deliveries to Norway

Norway is outside the EU. Norwegian VAT, customs duty and a carrier fee may apply, and they are paid by the recipient.

If your parcel does not arrive or is damaged

Get in touch as soon as you can and we will sort it out. The item is our responsibility until you have received it.

Parcels not collected from the pickup point are returned to us. Get in touch if that happens and we will find a solution.
