Do unused free tickets roll over to the next month?

No, free tickets must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over. You receive new free tickets at the beginning of each month.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log into your account at biorio.se, go to account settings and select cancel membership. There are no cancellation fees and your membership continues until the end of the billing period.

How does the free tickets work?

Complimentary tickets are valid for regular screenings and standard seating. Special events and premium seats are not included. Tickets are valid within the same month and cannot be carried over. Tickets are only valid for one ticket per screening and film, and are personal and cannot be shared with others.

The discount

10% discount applies to the restaurant, cafe and bar. Valid on the entire bill.

Ticket discounts

The discount applies to standard tickets and only one ticket per screening. Companions pay full price.

Members-only screenings

Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Films may sometimes remain secret until the screening starts.

Free popcorn

One bucket of popcorn per ticket (both free and discounted) is always included.
